Downstairs you'll find a spacious living and dining area, library-TV room with Cable TV and DVD, a large modern kitchen (great for entertaining) with a NEW dishwasher. a NEW large fridge and NEW large oven.

There is a Weber GAS grill in the garden.

The downstairs bedroom has a brand NEW queen size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private lanai.

There's an outdoor shower facing the cliff that cant be beat. An all time Hale Steward favorate!

Converted Barn:
